All dogs must be up-to-date on core vaccinations before their first visit — that includes distemper, parvovirus, and bordetella (kennel cough). Please note that we do not require the rabies vaccine. We'll ask for proof of vaccination when you register. If you're not sure whether your dog is up-to-date, check with your vet and we're happy to wait until they're cleared.
Our standard hours are:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (boarding pick-up and drop-off only)
Please note that late pick-up options are offered daily until 8:00 PM.
Boarding pups are required to bring their food and any treats they typically have at home. Keeping your dog on their regular diet avoids tummy issues. Please note that bones, toys, and beds are only allowed for dogs who sleep in a kennel at night (to ensure safety and prevent resource guarding among our free-roaming guests).
We intentionally keep group sizes small so every dog gets real attention — not just a spot on the floor. The exact number depends on the size and temperament mix on any given day. We'd rather turn away a booking than overcrowd. Quality over quantity, always.
All new pups are required to complete a free trial day. They must arrive before 9:00 AM and are introduced with calm, neutral dogs first to gauge their comfort level and social skills, then slowly introduced into the group setting to ensure a safe and positive experience.

Please note: If a dog is already known to be not dog-friendly, we cannot accept them for a trial or free-roaming play. We would only accept them for overnight kennel boarding.
Yes! Boarding dogs are never left alone, a staff member is always onsite overnight. Dogs sleep in the same room as us to help them feel safe, comfortable, and right at home during their stay.
Yes! We offer package rates where you buy 9 days upfront and get the 10th day for free. There is no requirement for how often your dog has to come, and there is no expiry date on the package.
